Overview — Inspiring Evolution Through Immersive Storytelling
On 21 November 2025, Akij Bashir Group hosted an internal corporate Dealers’ Meet at Sea Palace, Cox’s Bazar, curated by Exxelo Communications.
The goal was clear: deliver an inspiring, future-forward message — “Evolving Beyond” — and make every participant feel it, not just hear it.
Studio Z was entrusted with VJ, laser visuals, special visual performances, lighting show design, AV adaptation, and song visuals, transforming the event into a high-impact immersive experience where technology and emotion worked together.
Set against the coastal backdrop of Cox’s Bazar, the venue became a live storytelling space — blending visuals, sound, light, and audience energy into a unified brand experience.
Client Goals & Challenges
The Vision
AkijBashir Group wanted the event to:
- Inspire dealers with a strong branded motivational message
- Communicate growth, innovation, and forward momentum
- Use latest live production and show technologies
- Elevate a traditional corporate meet into a memorable immersive experience

The Creative & Technical Solution
Studio Z approached the project as a complete experiential journey, not isolated show segments.
1️⃣ Immersive Stage Show
From the opening moment to the final cue, Studio Z designed seamless, custom immersive visuals that flowed continuously throughout the event.
Live audience participation data subtly influenced the visuals, creating a dynamic feedback loop where the crowd felt involved rather than passive.
2️⃣ Immersive Laser–LED Gambit Show
The brand moment was elevated with a laser–LED mapping performance — where laser beams appeared to engrave visuals directly onto LED surfaces.
This cutting-edge technique, still rare in Bangladesh, delivered a cinematic reveal that symbolized precision, progress, and technological evolution.
3️⃣ Custom Immersive Presentation Design
For the Director of Marketing’s keynote, Studio Z created a custom immersive presentation template.
Instead of static slides, the presentation interacted visually with the stage environment — reinforcing key messages through motion, light, and spatial design.
Together, these elements formed a cohesive show language that consistently echoed the core theme: Evolving Beyond limits, expectations, and convention.

The dealers’ meet successfully broke away from the traditional corporate event format and set a new internal benchmark for AkijBashir Group.
