Event Overview
On 21–23 November 2024, the Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa, Cox’s Bazar transformed into an underwater fantasy for the Akij Bashir Group Dealer’s Conference. The event, managed by Exxelo Communications, featured a groundbreaking visual and lighting experience designed and executed by Studio Z. The creative team included VJ Z Sabbir Ahmed, Ahmed Sifat, and lighting designers Ahmed Sifat and Didar Hossain.

Akij Bashir Group, one of the most respected industrial groups in Bangladesh, is known for innovation and excellence in every field it enters. For this milestone conference, the brand wanted to deliver more than a traditional gathering—it aimed to create an unforgettable experience for its most valued dealers and partners.


Client Vision & Objectives
The vision was crystal clear: an immersive “underwater-themed” experience that would make the dealers feel like they were diving into a different world. The goal was not just entertainment but a deep emotional connection that celebrated partnerships and left a lasting memory.
Challenges Faced
Traditional corporate conferences often rely on standard lighting, dinner setups, and stage shows. The challenge here was to break away from stereotypes and design an experience that went beyond expectations—a multi-day journey that combined creativity, technology, and storytelling.
Studio Z’s Creative Solution
Studio Z conceptualized a completely custom theme-based immersive audiovisual design. The solution included:
- A fully designed stage, LED, and lighting setup inspired by the underwater theme.
- An experience zone where guests could interact with visuals and feel part of the theme.
- Tailored shows, from the opening sequence to branded presentations, that carried the theme throughout.



Technical Execution
The execution was a showcase of cutting-edge creativity and technical expertise:
- An immersive entry tunnel with LED and 360° visuals created the illusion of diving underwater.
- An underwater illusion photo booth allowed guests to capture unique memories.
- A series of branded launch and opening shows brought Akij Bashir Group’s message to life.
- Complete stage visuals and synchronized lighting wrapped the audience in the underwater narrative.

From the moment they entered, guests felt as if they were submerged beneath the ocean. The entry tunnel set the tone with breathtaking visuals, the photo booth kept engagement high, and the grand stage shows left the audience in awe.
