Nestlé wanted to celebrate NIDO, its flagship nutrition brand, through an elevated visual experience for industry professionals. Studio Z was brought in to transform the entire environment into an immersive storytelling space that reflected the brand’s warmth, trust, and innovation in nutrition.
2. Client Goals & Challenges
The event targeted medical professionals, nutrition experts, and academic scholars. Nestlé’s objective was to deliver a sophisticated yet emotionally resonant experience that reflected scientific credibility while evoking care and inspiration.
The main challenge lay in balancing technical precision with immersive emotion — creating a refined, world-class atmosphere that would engage a highly knowledgeable audience accustomed to corporate presentations rather than artistic experiences.
3. Our Creative & Technical Solution
Studio Z reimagined the familiar Aloki Convention Hall into a ceiling-mapped immersive environment. Two large-venue projectors were used to create a seamless fusion between the ceiling visuals and the stage content.
This setup surrounded the audience in a 360-inspired projection canopy, visually linking the stage narrative with the overarching story of NIDO. Subtle motion graphics, brand colors, and visual metaphors of growth and nourishment transformed the hall into a living visual art piece — both educational and emotionally compelling.
4. Results & Evidence
The audience — comprising doctors, nutritionists, and academic leaders — responded with genuine curiosity and engagement. The immersive environment encouraged informal conversation and social bonding after the main program, breaking the usual formality of such professional events.
The success of the show proved that even highly technical audiences can be moved by well-crafted storytelling when it’s supported by immersive visuals and sound design.

5. Lessons Learned & Next Steps
This production reinforced Studio Z’s belief that immersive storytelling has universal impact — even in academic and scientific contexts. Going forward, we aim to apply this technique to more knowledge-driven and experiential presentations, bringing complex subjects to life through projection and interactive environments.
